• Abstract:

  This technical report aimed to present the evidence and results obtained in the proposal for financial and strategic improvement of the social project called Embaixada Solidária. To catalog the data, the forms of bibliographic and field research were used, which consist respectively of the use of scientific articles and books, and the visit to the object of study. As a result, it was difficult to manage a social project, as all work is voluntary, which ends up limiting the application of certain initiatives.
