Abstract: Professional practices are the part of the level of concreteness that allows the competencies developed by normal students to be transparent, in classroom performance, the generation of knowledge, decision making, the ability to solve problems and the ethical identification that form the teacher. novel, in accordance with the features of the graduation profile of the Bachelor's Degree in Art Education, systematically evaluating 9 students with various tools such as the accompaniment of the advisor, the observation of their tutors and the continuous improvements in their performance, leaving aside the emotional burden and the formation of the professional identity of the new teacher, in the search for objective elements that account for reality. Therefore, this work attempts to give voice to the entire range of ideas, emotions, sensations, values that forge the symbolic construction of teaching identity. Through the use of pedagogical narratives, students with their own style design, reflect and contrast their actions in detailed records about their artistic-pedagogical practices and this becomes a great opportunity to give interpretation and meaning in order to value vertical and transversally the individual and professional growth of this Bachelor's Degree
