Abstract: -This research article proposes to discuss the relevance of the figure of the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) and its functions as part of the Hábeas Corpus proceedings. We start from what is stipulated in the Organic Law of the Attorney General of the Republic, specifically what is indicated in Fraction II of Article 4, where the function of the MPF is framed as a party in the amparo trial, which attributes the important function of monitoring compliance with the constitutionality and legality in order to comply with the terms provided in Article 107 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States (CPEUM). This text proposes to carry out a critical reading of a socio-legal-proposal type with a qualitative approach, regarding the role that the MPF must adopt in cases where the complainants belong to extremely vulnerable groups such as children.
