La formación docente en las escuelas normales es una tarea que ha sido cuestionada por los bajos resultados de aprendizaje de los alumnos de educación básica. Para mejorar la formación de los futuros maestros han surgido políticas públicas, en la conformación y fortalecimiento de los cuerpos académicos en las normales, que impulsen la generación y aplicación del conocimiento a fin de elevar la calidad en la formación docente. El presente trabajo es un reporte parcial de investigación de los resultados surgidos de un trabajo en colaboración con una red y un cuerpo académico (CA) de una escuela normal. Este reporte tiene el propósito de identificar elementos de las habilidades de lectura, práctica e investigación que incidieron para que los alumnos construyeran el portafolio de evidencias, como modalidad de titulación del plan de estudios de 2018. El estudio fue de carácter exploratorio, con una muestra no probabilística de 19 estudiantes, de alcance descriptivo y un diseño no experimental de corte mixto, que parte de un análisis cualitativo y hace énfasis en los resultados cuantitativos.

Abstract:
Teacher training in normal schools is a task that has been questioned due to the low learning results of basic education students. To improve the training of future teachers, public policies have emerged, in the formation and strengthening of academic bodies in normal schools, which promote the generation and application of knowledge in order to raise the quality of teacher training. The present work is a partial investigation report of the results arising from a work in collaboration with a network and an academic body (AC) of a normal school. This report has the purpose of identifying elements of the reading, practice and research skills that influenced the students to build the evidence portfolio, as a degree modality of the 2018 study plan. The study was exploratory in nature, with a sample non-probabilistic study of 19 students, with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental design of mixed cut, which starts from a qualitative analysis and emphasizes the quantitative results.
