La tutoría con perspectiva de género y visión humanista en las instituciones
formadoras de docentes es sin duda una actividad básica para el logro de los
propósitos institucionales, se busca una excelente preparación para los estudiantes que
posteriormente se incorporarán como docentes. Y ese es el propósito de la academia.
Un acompañamiento de calidad, logra un programa de formación exitoso. Entonces:
¿por qué no se hace? de hecho, es imperativo trabajar con un esquema de mentoría
con perspectiva de género y al mismo tiempo, que los responsables de conducirlo estén
preparados con una visión humanista. ¿Porque no se lleva a cabo en las escuelas?,
hay muchas explicaciones, lo básico es la actitud de la persona encargada de llevarlas
a cabo. La tutoría no va más allá del discurso, cuando el profesor no se compromete, lo
que afecta la eficiencia institucional.

Abstract:
Tutoring with a gender perspective and a humanist vision in teacher training institutions is undoubtedly a basic activity for the achievement of institutional purposes, an excellent preparation is sought for students who will later be incorporated as teachers. And that is the purpose of the academy. A quality accompaniment achieves a successful training program. So why isn't it done? in fact, it is imperative to work with a mentoring scheme with a gender perspective and, at the same time, that those responsible for conducting it are prepared with a humanist vision. Why is it not carried out in schools? There are many explanations, the basic thing is the attitude of the person in charge of carrying it out. The tutoring does not go beyond the speech, when the teacher is not committed, which affects institutional efficiency.
