As a result and conclusion, it was obtained that the use of calcium channel receptor antagonists is effective in the development of severe preeclampsia in pregnant women at the León Becerra Camacho Hospital in the year 2019 to 2020. The types of patients who develop hypertensive disorders in pregnancy are overweight, multiparous pregnant women who do not take calcium channel receptor antagonists. The most frequent risk factors in pregnant women are low socioeconomic level, mixed race, overweight and short interpregnancy period and the most frequent complications in pregnant women at the León Becerra Camacho Hospital in the year 2019 to 2020 are Hellp syndrome and eclampsia.
