Abstract: This bibliographic research study aims to analyze Education 5.0, an educational model that integrates advanced technologies (such as AI, IoT, and big data) with a humanized approach, focusing on the holistic development of students. Its objective is to discuss the benefits and challenges of this approach, emphasizing the transformative role of teachers, who shift from knowledge transmitters to learning mediators and designers. The methodology is based on a literature review, drawing on authors such as Araújo Filho, Bacich, and Moran, as well as studies on active methodologies and digital inclusion. The content addresses three main themes: the fundamental concepts of Education 5.0, changes in teaching practices, and implementation challenges, including teacher training in technology and unequal access to digital resources. The study concludes that while Education 5.0 promotes personalized learning and the development of essential contemporary skills, its consolidation depends on public policies ensuring continuous teacher training and equitable technological infrastructure, fostering truly innovative and inclusive education.
