Abstract: Beekeeping is a practice that, as Cruz Gutiérrez and Zaragos Pérez (2012) indicate, is dedicated to the breeding and care of different species of bees in order to collect their various products, mainly honey, either for self-consumption or for marketing. It is therefore an important economic activity, and is classified within the livestock sector as a subsector of the agricultural sector (Magaña Magaña, Tavera Cortés, Salazar Barrientos, and Sanginés García, 2016). In the period from 2006 to 2020, a total of 57 thousand tons of honey were produced on average per year in Mexico, this being a product that is distributed nationally, and that also has commercial scope internationally (Gómez et al. ., 2016). In the research, a machine was designed Design and Construction of an Automated Beekeeping Radial Centrifuge Machine, with Solar Panels, Through the Application of Aspects of Industry 4.0, with the purpose of improving and increasing the production of honey. in the region of the San José Estancia Grande Oaxaca experimental field. Which can be used in the field of beekeeping, allowing honey suitable for human consumption to be obtained, it will have a maximum capacity of 6 frames (racks), a maximum rotation speed of 190 rpm, a temperature of 35°C, a security system based on capacitive sensors that do not allow any process to be carried out while the doors are open, a thermocouple for temperature control at the time of extraction of the wax and a frequency converter to control the speed of the motor which is 1 HP. The construction material of the extraction tank was made of AISI 304 stainless steel due to its ideal properties for food processes.
