Abstract:
In the present investigation on the distribution of the time that a person takes at an ATM to withdraw cash, several distributions were observed, such as the Normal Distribution, the Weibull Distribution, the Exponential Distribution, among others. In these different distributions, tests for the determination of the distribution such as Anderson Darling, Kolmogorov Smirnov and Chi-square were applied. In these different distributions covered in the work, a great variety of results and numbers can be observed between one and the other, as for example in the Chi-Square test that accepted 2 of 3 distributions, but in the Anderson Darling test it rejected the 3 distributions due to the different characteristics between each of the tests, since some tests are more sensitive than others in certain aspects and should be used depending on their reliability.
