Abstract: Tetralogy of Fallot is the most common cyanotic congenital heart disease in childhood, and advances in pediatric cardiac surgery have significantly improved survival rates. However, increased survival has highlighted challenges related to long-term outcomes. This study aimed to analyze outcomes in children with Tetralogy of Fallot, focusing on case reports and interdisciplinary rehabilitation. The literature analysis showed that despite successful surgical correction, many children experience persistent functional limitations, motor impairments, neurodevelopmental challenges, and psychosocial difficulties. Genetic factors, timing of surgical repair, and inequalities in access to specialized care also influence outcomes. The findings emphasize that surgical success alone is insufficient to ensure quality of life. Interdisciplinary rehabilitation and structured long-term follow-up are essential to promote comprehensive development, functional capacity, and social integration in children with Tetralogy of Fallot.
