Software for Induction and Training (SOFIC)", its main purpose is to take advantage of new technologies and develop an innovative tool to facilitate the induction and training processes, to be implemented in any type of organization regardless of its size, its purposes and characteristics, as an aid to the fulfillment of institutional objectives.
