CULTURE OF INTEGRITY, COMPLIANCE AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

This study aims to discuss the Culture of Integrity, Compliance and the relationship with Knowledge Management. The Culture of Integrity and Compliance can be interpreted as strategic tools for mitigating organizational risks. The integrity program must aim to foster and maintain a culture of integrity in the organizational environment linked to a series of parameters pre-defined by law. However, for the integrity programs to be effective, the organization must have adequate knowledge sharing. In this sense, it is argued that Knowledge Management plays a fundamental role in the effectiveness of integrity programs. For the present study, research was carried out in the literature on the proposed subject, seeking in such sources the theoretical basis for the foundation of the present study. As for the approach, the hypothetical-deductive method was used.
