Abstract: This study aims to analyze the perceptions of financial institution managers regarding the influence of a culture of continuous learning on organizational performance. Based on the premise that lifelong learning constitutes a strategic differentiator in competitive and constantly changing environments, the research adopts a qualitative and exploratory approach, using semi-structured interviews to understand the relationship between learning practices and corporate results. The findings demonstrate that valuing continuous learning positively impacts goal achievement, employee engagement, and team innovation capacity. Furthermore, it is observed that incorporating this culture strengthens the competitive advantage and adaptability of financial institutions to market demands. The conclusion is that sustainable organizational performance depends on the consolidation of a culture that prioritizes learning as a structuring practice, increasing both internal effectiveness and value creation for the financial sector.
