Abstract: The pedagogical organization of Gymnastics for All (GfA) programs for children requires theoretical and methodological frameworks capable of guiding the planning, implementation, and assessment of educational practices by integrating motor development, teacher education, and university extension. However, the literature reveals a shortage of pedagogical models specifically designed for this context. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the pedagogical organization of a Gymnastics for All for Children program developed within a university extension setting and to systematize, based on the evidence produced, the Cignus Pedagogical Model for Gymnastics for All for Children. This qualitative applied study adopted a descriptive-interpretative design based on the systematization of the experience developed in the Cignus Kids Project, linked to the State University of Goiás, Brazil. The model was developed through the integrated analysis of multiple sources of evidence, including pedagogical planning, lesson plans, intervention records, field journals, Extension Curricular Activities documents, children's perception questionnaires, photographic and audiovisual records, and systematic evaluation meetings. The thematic analysis identified recurring principles related to the organization of teaching through Claude Léquét's fundamental motor actions, children's holistic development, initial teacher education, the integration of teaching, research and university extension, and continuous assessment. The systematization of these elements resulted in the proposal of the Cignus Pedagogical Model for Gymnastics for All for Children, structured as a theoretical-methodological framework to guide educational programs for children. It is concluded that the model represents a relevant contribution to Physical Education by integrating contemporary pedagogical models, the pedagogical principles of Gymnastics for All, motor development, and university extension into an organized, flexible, and scientifically grounded framework with potential applications in schools, university extension programs, social projects, and both pre-service and continuing teacher education.
