COMPLICACIONES DE LA VACUNA CHADOX1 EN PACIENTES CON ENFERMEDADES CARDIOVASCULARES: REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA.

• Abstract: Introduction: Currently, the immunogenicity, reactogenicity and safety of inoculation of vaccines developed in the context of the pandemic against Covid-19 established in March 2020 have been evaluated, as any vaccine there are complications of all kinds from local pain, headache, fever, sneezing, myalgia and fatigue, and the ChAdOx1nCoV-19 vaccine is no exception and the main complications are in the musculoskeletal, hematological and neurological system. Objective: To describe the main complications of the ChAdOx1-nCoV-19 vaccine in patients with cardiovascular diseases, through a bibliographic review of scientific articles in high impact journals of the last 5 years. Method: We collected scientific articles of quartile 1 and 2 of the last 5 years, by MeSH terms, from the PubMed database, and the methodology has a logical deductive approach, descriptive type, observational design. Conclusion: The complications of the ChAdOx1nCoV-19 vaccine in patients with cardiovascular diseases are arthropathies in the knee, lumbar spine, and elbow, also alterations in the hematological system such as thrombosis of the central venous sinus, embolisms and deep venous thrombosis, and as rare cases, headaches and Guillain-Barrè syndrome (GBS).
