CASE REPORT: CUTANEOUS LEISHMANIASIS
American Cutaneous Leishmaniasis is a disease caused by protozoan and transmitted by the bite of infected mosquitoes. It is a disease of chronic evolution, of significant prevalence in Brazil. This article desires to report a case of cutaneous leishmaniasis refractory to treatment, in the city of Maringá, in the state of Paraná.
