Abstract: In the face of confinement due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, entire families suffered a change in their behavior, caused in the habits of the homes of hundreds of students at all levels of study. This change brought with it consequences for young people with specific learning and feedback needs. The technological aspect was one of the most important since it is essential in virtual classes. Among these is the use of the internet and electronic devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and cell phones. In this situation, the students chose to use the electronic equipment to which they were better adapted, some were more accepted and others were used less. This study aims to know the use of most used devices, as well as the barriers that students had related to technology. This study aims to describe the deficiencies and problems at the time of taking virtual classes, also to know what were the options taken by young people when being in a virtual system, to know about the effectiveness of the virtual and face-to-face modality and as well as the solutions given on the deficiencies in virtual classes. The platforms to carry out the virtual classes by the teachers were evaluated and therefore they are the ones used by the students, it was possible to determine which ones are more efficient and which ones are less friendly. This study was carried out through a survey on different areas under the Microsoft Forms platform and device technology, which was efficient and of great help to conclude this study.
