Abstract: Breast cancer with HER2 and BRCA mutations presents both a clinical challenge and an opportunity for advances in personalized medicine. This work reviews recent evidence on targeted therapies, including PARP inhibitors and anti-HER2 treatments, highlighting proven benefits in survival and disease control. Integration of biomarkers and real-world data reinforces the applicability of these approaches, while economic and access barriers remain obstacles. The study emphasizes the importance of combined strategies and continuous monitoring to maximize clinical outcomes. Future perspectives include multimodal therapies and increased use of immunotherapy, pointing toward an increasingly individualized and effective treatment landscape.
