APPLICATION OF THE MARIA DA PENHA LAW IN THE PREVENTION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
This article aims to reflect on the applicability of Law Number increase in cases of domestic and family violence against women. In view of this scenario, Bills of Law were proposed as legal mechanisms in order to provide greater protection to women, while the period of public calamity caused by the pandemic in Brazil lasts.

Abstract:
