ANÁLISIS DEL PLAN DE MANTENIMIENTO PARA CONOCER LAS CAUSAS DE LA BAJA DISPONIBILIDAD EN UNA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE
El presente trabajo de investigación es acerca del análisis de las posibles causas que implican la disponibilidad de autobuses en una empresa la cual cuenta con años de experiencia en el sector, esencialmente la investigación es enfocada hacia la parte de mantenimiento, debido a que los autobuses a lo largo del tiempo han incrementado las fallas durante su servicio dejando como resultado una baja disponibilidad y generando una baja demanda, pérdidas económicas al no realizar el viaje, altos costos en las reparaciones debido a que son más severas, tiempo extra en cuestiones de reparación mediante herramientas esenciales para análisis como lo son FODA e Ishikawa.

Abstract:
The present paper is about the analysis of the possible causes that imply the availability of buses in a company which has years of experience in the sector, the investigation is focused on the maintenance part, along the buses have increased failures during their service, resulting in low availability and generating low demand, economic losses by not making the trip, high costs of repairs because they are more severe, extra time in matters of repair through the essential analysis tools such as SWOT and Ishikawa.
