ANÁLISIS DEL IMPACTO DEL AULA INVERTIDA MEDIANTE EL USO DE LAS TIC, TAC Y TEP EN EL APRENDIZAJE EN LA CONTADURÍA PÚBLICA
La investigación analizo cómo se fortaleció las competencias de aprendizaje por medio de aula invertida utilizando las TIC, TAC, y las TEP, para mejorar como la Unidades Tecnológicas de Santander de la facultad de ciencias socioeconómicas y empresariales donde se aplicó dicha estrategia de aula invertida para afianzar la relación sector educativo y productivo, creando en los estudiantes mayor apropiación del conocimiento, cultura de autoformación, siendo la calidad educativa el problema a atender después de dos años de emergencia del COVID -19, donde el reintegro a la presencialidad se generó el reto de centrar la atención del aprendizaje en el estudiante.
Siendo las variables independientes: bajo rendimiento, baja motivación al aprendizaje y la variable dependiente el aprendizaje significativo. El método de investigación es descriptivo, el enfoque es mixto, este trabajo de campo concernientes 4 fases: recopilación, procesamiento, análisis y presentación de resultados.
Se exploró la estrategia de aprendizaje aula invertida en cuatro variables: estilo de comunicación empleando las TIC, TAC, TEP ; la cohesión grupal, la eficacia y el agrado en la participación, así como también el objetivo es analizar el impacto de aula invertida en el ambiente de las diferentes asignaturas para ello se adaptó el instrumento (DREEM) Medida del medio ambiente educativo de Dundee Ready como evaluación final. Con el proyecto se apoya el uso de aula invertida para el mejoramiento de la calidad en la educación superior.

Abstract:
The research analyzed how learning skills were strengthened through the flipped classroom using ICT, TAC, and TEP, to improve as the Santander Technological Units of the faculty of socioeconomic and business sciences where said flipped classroom strategy was applied to strengthen the relationship between the educational and productive sectors, creating in students a greater appropriation of knowledge, a culture of self-training, with educational quality being the problem to be addressed after two years of the COVID-19 emergency, where reinstatement of attendance was the challenge to focus the attention of learning on the student.
Being the independent variables: low performance, low motivation to learn and the dependent variable significant learning. The research method is descriptive, the approach is mixed, this field work concerns 4 phases: collection, processing, analysis and presentation of results.
The flipped classroom learning strategy was explored in four variables: communication style using ICT, TAC, TEP; group cohesion, efficiency and pleasure in participation, as well as the objective is to analyze the impact of the flipped classroom on the environment of the different subjects, for which the instrument (DREEM) Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measurement was adapted as final evaluation. The project supports the use of the inverted classroom to improve quality in higher education.
