• Abstract:

  The Postgraduate Program in Mineral Engineering at ``Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto`` inserts masters and doctors into the job market and has as its pillar the development of professionals based on scientific research. This article presents an assessment of the profile of those entering the courses offered, analyzing criteria such as undergraduate education institution, participation in scientific initiation, performance in the job market, other training, among others.
