Abstract: Introduction: Blount's disease is a developmental pathology characterized by involvement of the proximal medial tibial physis. Clinically, it presents as varus deformity and internal rotation, resulting in clinical manifestations such as pain and reduced function. This disorder interferes with the performance of daily and recreational activities, affecting everything from self-perception of body image to the quality of life of these individuals. Objective: To analyze the influence on the physical fitness index, self-perception of body image, and quality of life of individuals with Blount's disease. Method: A qualitative study was conducted from March to July 2025, after approval by the Research Ethics Committee of Hospital Otávio de Freitas under CAAE No. 86896425.0.0000.5200 in the pediatric trauma ward of said hospital. The sample consisted of children and/or adolescents, who were included based on an imaging diagnosis of Blount's disease and excluded if they presented with active infection, refracture in the same segment, or cognitive impairment that prevented them from answering the questions. Data collection was carried out using a form developed by the researchers, acquiring clinical data as well as the IPAQ questionnaire (for physical fitness) and the Stunkard silhouette scale and Rosenberg self-esteem scale for self-image. The data were presented in Microsoft Excel 2010 tables and subsequently analyzed. Results: 4 individuals, 75% female, with a mean age of 9.75 (± 1.26) years, mean weight of 56 (± 4.32) kg, mean height of 1.52 (± 0.06) m, and mean BMI of 24.3 (± 2.84). The mean time elapsed until the intervention was 5.25 (± 1.75) days; 100% presented comorbidities such as overweight (50%) and obesity (50%). 50% resided in the metropolitan region, with 75% of cases affecting the left tibia. 100% of them received physiotherapy guidance upon hospital discharge and continued treatment on an outpatient basis. On the Rosenberg scale, the average was 18 (± 2.45), on the Stunkard silhouette scale it was 2.75 (± 2.5), and on the 1913 IPAQ. Final considerations: Blount's disease promoted alterations in physical fitness, self-esteem, and body image perception in the individuals analyzed.
