Abstract: School violence has become a very worrying social problem, as it has become more frequent and has been causing serious problems not only for those who practice or suffer violence, but for those close to them and also the families of those involved. The school has experienced this problem in the school routine and has been looking for alternatives to solve this problem that affects the school community, harming the pedagogical, cognitive, affective and social development of the school community, generating disorders and breaking the school routine. The violence that happens within the school generates a climate of fear and vulnerability in those who suffer violence, which often causes them to lose confidence in school institutions and thus often drop out of school. For this reason, a more consistent investigation of the causes of this violence is necessary, as well as possible alternatives to understand and modify this situation. Bullying is a problem of a social nature, which concerns aggressive and anti-social behavior existing in the school environment, and is carried out by children and adolescents who practice aggressive activities, which cause physical, moral, material or psychological damage to the victim or to the people witnessing the act. It is a word of English origin, adopted in many countries to define the conscious and deliberate desire to mistreat a person and put him under stress. permissive in which violence is used as a form of discipline, without any skills for conflict resolution, which leads to reproducing such behaviors with colleagues and teachers.
