THE IMPORTANCE OF DEMOCRATIC MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL WORK
This article aimsto investigate the manager's relationship in the organization of the pedagogical work with the actors of the educational process in a School in the Municipality of Boa Vista, State of Roraima. For this purpose, the methodology used was bibliographical and field research. In order to carry out a survey of data collection on how the manager's performance is seen by the agents that make up the school environments. A questionnaire was applied, with structured questions of the open semi-open type, in addition, through a theoretical basis, an explanation will be carried out regarding the pedagogical management and the perspectives of this mode of management in Brazil.
