• Abstract: The growing demand from customers and society in general for integrity, ethics and responsibility in organizations has led companies to seek mechanisms and tools that can contribute to their processes being carried out with more transparency and ethical attitudes. This article aimed to analyze how the Whistleblowing Channels contribute to the strengthening of Compliance culture. The sample was composed of 49 (forty-nine) participants, from various areas and professional sectors. Applied research was used, with a qualitative approach, descriptive objectives and means of field research. The results indicate that the Whistleblowing Channels contribute to the successful implementation of compliance, because when they are structured efficiently and effectively, it allows all those involved in the company to be able to safely investigate, analyze and report the irregularities that may be occurring, which contributes to an honest environment in the company by establishing standards, policies and practices that promote ethics, transparency, and respect for laws and regulations. In short, it helps prevent misconduct, guides employees on what is acceptable in the corporate environment and reinforces the culture of responsibility.
