Nos tempos atuais a cidade de Goiânia enfrenta graves problemas de criminalidade. Somente policiais nas ruas não se mostra suficiente no combate à violência, ademais, devido à crise econômica e financeira não temos um número ideal de agentes de segurança pública. Destarte, o Estado tem que encontrar outros meios para inibir os crimes, e é neste contexto que surgem as medidas administrativas que podem refletir positivamente na segurança pública. A limitação do horário de funcionamento de bares em Goiânia pode contribuir para redução da criminalidade, assim como em outras cidades que adotaram esta medida. A cidade de Medelín, por exemplo, tomando esta atitude reduziu drasticamente o número de ocorrências de homicídio. Deste modo, este trabalho poderá oferecer informes técnicos para que nossos gestores atuem junto ao poder legislativo no intuito de aprovar lei que limite o horário de funcionamento de bares e similares em Goiânia.

  • Abstract: In the present times, the city of Goiânia faces serious crime problems. Only the police in the streets does not show enough in the fight against violence, in addition, due to the economic and financial crisis we do not have an ideal number of public security agents. Hence, the State has to find other means to inhibit crimes, and it is in this context that administrative measures arise that may reflect positively on public safety. The limitation of the opening hours of bars in Goiânia can contribute to a reduction in crime, as well as in other cities that have adopted this measure. The city of Medellin, for example, taking this action drastically reduced the number of homicide occurrences. In this way, this work may offer technical reports so that our managers can work with the legislature in order to approve a law that limits the opening hours of bars and similar in Goiânia.
