Abstract: The civilizational crisis of the 21st century presents us with a difficult-to-resolve thermodynamic and social paradox: while the climate emergency demands an immediate transition to the bioeconomy and circularity, global economic structures appear to be consolidating under what Varoufakis calls "technofeudalism," a regime where value extraction shifts from material production to the control of data and behaviors. This article analyzes the existential and operational tensions faced by SMEs in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) as they attempt to adopt Circular Economy (CE) models in an environment of financial uncertainty, increasing entropy, and obsolete accounting frameworks. Through a complex thinking approach and a longitudinal case study analysis based on original research (2021-2024), the article proposes overcoming traditional accounting through a "systemic entry" that internalizes environmental externalities. It concludes that higher education must foster an ethical "co-intelligence," capable of using Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Finance not as ends in themselves, but as tools of resistance to regenerate the productive and social fabric in the face of ecological collapse.
