USO DAS TECNOLOGIAS DE INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO COMO SUPORTE PARA O ENSINO EM UMA ESCOLA DE ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL
O trabalhou realizado teve como objetivo principal, analisar o uso e a influência das tecnologias de informação e comunicação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem em uma escola de ensino fundamental. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto, foi realizada uma investigação com oitenta e seis participantes, de ambos os sexos, residentes em Imperatriz, no Maranhão. Utilizou-se um questionário como instrumento de coleta de dados, sendo composto por treze perguntas objetivas e os resultados passaram por tratamento estatístico. Os resultados indicaram que os estudantes utilizam as TICs no dia a dia, fora da sala de aula, foi possível observar também, que mais da metade dos entrevistados afirmaram que as Tecnologias auxiliam no aprendizado de assuntos de difícil assimilação. Outro resultado obtido, foi em relação a utilização de qual ferramenta tecnológica era mais utilizada em sala de aula, 60,5% declaram ser livros e revistas, demonstrando assim não ter total conhecimento sobre o que realmente são as TICs. A partir dos resultados encontrados, torna-se possível afirmar que os alunos buscam e aceitam as novas formas de suporte para o seu aprendizado, no entanto, se faz necessária, que se implante políticas públicas educacionais, para que haja a instalação de tecnologias naquele recinto.

Abstract:
The main objective of this work was to analyze the use and influence of information and communication technologies in the teaching and learning process in an elementary school. To achieve the proposed objective, an investigation was conducted with eighty-six participants, of both sexes, residing in Imperatriz, Maranhão. A questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, consisting of thirteen objective questions and the results were statistically treated. The results indicated that students use ICTs on a daily basis, outside the classroom, it was also possible to observe that more than half of respondents said that technologies help in learning difficult subjects to assimilate. Another result was related to the use of which technological tool was most used in the classroom, 60.5% declare to be books and magazines, thus demonstrating not having full knowledge about what ICTs really are. From the results found, it is possible to state that students seek and accept the new forms of support for their learning, however, it is necessary to implement educational public policies, so that there is the installation of technologies in that room.
