Abstract: This article analyzes how the brand Granado mobilizes symbolic representations of Brazilianness on its Instagram profile, understanding this mobilization as an identity and relational strategy within the context of digital communication. It is based on the assumption that organizational communication, especially in digital environments, constitutes a space for the production of meaning and for the symbolic construction of institutional identity. In this process, the public relations professional plays a strategic role, not only in managing communication flows but also in mediating and shaping the meanings that guide the relationship between organizations and their publics. The empirical object of the study is the official Granado Instagram profile, a Brazilian brand with a long-standing trajectory associated with tradition and national cultural memory. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative approach of exploratory and descriptive nature, based on content analysis (Bardin, 2011). The results indicate that Brazilianness constitutes the central axis of the brand’s digital communication, expressed through references to nature, tradition, affective memory, and national pride. Visual aesthetics, verbal language, and identity values converge to construct a coherent narrative. The analysis also shows that this narrative resonates with audiences and that there is a strong affective dimension in the relationship between the brand and its consumers, although institutional interaction in the comment sections remains limited.
