T2 - caixas “longa vida” trituradas e prensadas formando placas e T3 tampas modelo

  • Abstract:

The bees use the ventilation produced through the vibration of their wings,

droplet dispersion d ´ water and partial outputs of workers to reduce the internal

temperature of the hive, must have their temperature constant, therefore the objective

of this work was to analyze three kinds of toppings in the beehives, and T1-boxes "long

life" pasted in laminar form and set in a wooden frame, T2-boxes "long life" crushed

and pressed forming plates and T3 Langstroth model covers, coated with an aluminum

blade, evaluating the internal temperature of the hive and the count of the number of

offspring. The internal temperatures of the hives were similar between the covers, an

average of 34, 1° c, within the zone of thermal comfort (33 to 36° C), which is ideal for

the development of the colony, since high temperatures may affect the metamorphosis

of creates. It is concluded that the use of long life boxes provide a temperature suitable

    for the survival of bees.
